Copies of any briefings, reports, submissions, memos, or other such high-level documents relating to the failure of two competitions/tenders for supply of electricity to a number of public bodies (including the Oireachtas) in 2022. Subsequently clarified I'm only interested in the competition that included the Houses of the Oireachtas.
