List of legal advice and or statutory authority cited or relied on in support of the Residency Criteria change in the Housing Loans. 8. All internal correspondence, memos, notes, or meeting minutes within the Local Authority Home Loan & LIHAF unit of the Department, discussing the rationale, drafting, approval, or legal review of the Residency Criteria change in the Housing Loans in the period of 01/07/2024 to 30/06/2025 9.
