Copy of LA Home Loan Technical and Operational Manual 5. List of Residency Criteria change in the Housing Loans 6. List of regulations and legal instruments relied on in support of the Residency Criteria change in the Housing Loans 7. List of legal advice and or statutory authority cited or relied on in support of the Residency Criteria change in the Housing Loans. 8. All internal correspondence, memos, notes, or meeting minutes within the Local Authority Home Loan & LIHAF unit of the Department, discussing the rationale, drafting, approval, or legal review of the Residency Criteria change in the Housing Loans in the period of 01/07/2024 to 30/06/2025 9. All original Ministerial guidelines and instructions recommending changes to residency or immigration status, eligibility criteria as implemented in Housing Loans. 10. All communications (emails or letters) between the LA Home Loan & LIHAF unit and the following bodies: Relating to the revision or implementation of the updated Residency Criteria in the Housing Loans in the period of 01/07/2024 to 30/06/2025. Include any attachments available to correspondence. 11. All briefing notes prepared for the minister, also, equality impact assessments, risk analyses, or consultation records that informed or responded to Residency Criteria policy change in the Housing Loans 12. All references to WRC case ADJ-00052884 or similar complaints in internal or external discussions regarding residency eligibility 13. List of all regulations and legal instruments relied on in support of publishing online the Housing Loans.
