All records concerning the Marine Safety Policy Division of the Department of Transport for the years 2020 and 2021. The records I require include, but are not limited to: (a) records detailing the number of employees of the Department of Transport working within the unit during 2020 and 2021, and all records detailing any fluctuation in this number during those years (b) records detailing the number of employees/workers of the Department working within the unit in each of the years 2020 and 2021 who are also considered staff and/or members of the Irish Coast Guard and all records of any fluctuations in those numbers in each of those years (c) notwithstanding Covid “work from home” provisions, all records relating to the physical workspace and offices housing the Marine Safety Policy Division including records relating to the nature of the workspace ie. open plan etc and records detailing which other sections, sub groups and/or employees or agents of the Department shared the space in the years 2020 and 2021 and records detailing which floor of the Department of Transport this space occupied(s) (d) records detailing the corporate governance by the MSPU of the Marine Casualty Investigations Board (e) records detailing the relationship and communications between the MSPU and the Marine Casualty Investigations Board
