All records relating to requests for (and the subsequent issuing of) a binding determination of the Minister(s) in relation to the applicability of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 to the Law Society of Ireland. This should include-but is not limited to-all written records, recordings, notes, correspondence, emails and records regarding the delegation of functions in such matters. 2. A full copy of the Freedom of Information Dispute Resolution Policy and Procedure dated December 2015 (to include all sections under the stage 2 heading, including sections 2(b)(viii) and above) and any similar document since revised.
