1) All inspection reports of Dublin Zoo, Fota Wildlife Park and Tayto Park carried out by the National Parks and Wildlife Service or other officials from the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht since January 1, 2018.2) All communications between the Department, the National Parks and Wildlife Service and the parks, zoos in question regarding animal welfare, staff safety or the safety of visitors to the attractions since January 1, 2018.3) All complaints received by the Department regarding the parks and zoos in question since January 1, 2018.
