In the period of 01/08/2024 to 20/02/2025: Request for records solely related to Rent Pressure Zones (RPZs) and associated rent caps: - 1. Correspondence, emails, letters, briefing notes, and internal memos between Rental Market business unit and the Minister’s Office and the following entities only, limited to the issue or policy of RPZs and rent caps: 2. Records of meetings (including agendas, minutes, briefing notes, and attendee lists) between the Department and the above entities, limited to discussions concerning RPZs and rent caps. 3. Any internal policy papers, reports, or impact assessments prepared by or for the Department in result of engagement with these entities on RPZs and rent caps.
