• Any and all records relating to the request by the Department of Justice to 'relevant stakeholders' in early 2018 for comments and observations on the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission's research on the form that a National Preventive Mechanism should take in order to comply with the Optional Protocol to the Convention Against Torture upon Ireland's ratification of the instrument. • Any and all records relating to and/or constituting the responses of stakeholders to the above-mentioned request by the Department of Justice.
