Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

All information and records in whatever form held (including with particularity but not limited to all records, notes, memos, emails, minutes of meetings, correspondence etc.) by and with the Department of Justice and also other departments including the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and with any ministers and other parties (including third parties) in relation to the application of financial emergency measures in the public interest (Fempi) to Coroners in the state from the 1st January 2014 to 31st of December 2015. With further particularity, I request that this includes all such information, data and records within and between the Departments (including but not limited to the information held by any within Line divisions’ management board, office of the ministers etc) and any third parties.
