Tipperary ​I seek the records held by your local authority relating to the identification, assessment, and decision to enter this property on the Derelict Sites Register, including but not limited to: 1) Inspection and assessment materials; including reports, site visit notes, photographs, memoranda, and recommendations. 2) Internal correspondence (including emails) concerning the consideration, approval, or processing of this entry. 3) External correspondence with owners, occupiers, agents, or third parties relating to dereliction, enforcement, or registration. 4) Records relating to any derelict sites levy, including: amounts assessed or levied, amounts collected or outstanding, and any deferrals, waivers, reductions, enforcement measures, or write-offs.
