Copies of the receipts or letters issued by Kildare County Council acknowledging the payment of the development contributions associated with the aforementioned planning references. 3. Copies of any agreements, waivers, exemptions or derogations applied by Kildare County Council to the development contributions payable under any of the aforementioned planning references. 4. A copy of any correspondence with Intel regarding the calculation of the development levies for planning ref. 19/91 and 16/1229.
