All communication between members of the Project Team [as above], -individually or/and collectively, and with the National Parks and Wildlife Service on the possibility of impact of the Emerging Preferred Route on the wildlife of the Special Protection Area and Special Area of Conservation. Further, I seek information on any interaction between the Project Team, as above, and any other public body,[or public voluntary body with an interest in protecting the objectives of the SAC,SPA] in the matter of impact of the Emerging Preferred Route on the SAC, SPA, as indicated above. This matter extends beyond the remit of responsibility of the national context, as under European legislation, the lower River Shannon SAC, and ,in particular the Poulnasherry Bay extent, collectively are designated protected areas of conservation.
