• A copy of the DFA’s official policy regarding the obligation of public servants to provide their names when requested by a member of the public. • Any internal guidelines or training materials related to staff identification in public interactions. • Records of complaints or disciplinary actions related to staff refusing to identify themselves for the three year period of 2021–2024. • All records from 2019–2024 (5 years), citing: Murphy v. DFA [2019] IESC 23: Where the High Court ruled that the DFA’s "blanket refusal to apostille foreign documents" violated the Hague Convention (Article 3). • In light of Murphy, I require: o All internal memos/directives issued post-2019 regarding apostilles for foreign documents. o Training materials (2019–2024) on the Hague Convention for staff.
