Any report, study or analysis of any expert relating to public procurement issues relating to the delivery or construction of new houses or apartments in Ireland by NAMA and/or NALM and/or debtors of NAMA and/or NALM and/ or receivers appointed by NAMA and/or NALM; 9. Any report, study or analysis of any expert relating to the price or value of development land in Ireland; and 10.
