All documentation, created since 21st April, 1998 relating to requests for, consideration, grant or refusal of incremental credit in respect of the offer of a position, appointment of employment of staff in the administrative grades of the Board and those appointed to the Planning Inspectorate roles who have been previously employed by local authorities in roles other than that of 'planner'
