I wish to request the following under FOI for the Public Competition for Permits to carry passengers to Skellig Michael Co Kerry: -A full copy of each application for the previous completion in 2017, and the application for the four new permits that were issued in 2016 -Scoring assessment breakdown for proposed vessel, for vessel that entered the previous competition in 2017, and the four new permits that were issued in 2016 -Scoring assessment breakdown for Vessel Skipper for each skipper that entered the previous competition in 2017, and the four new permits that were issued in 2016 - Scoring assessment breakdown for Vessel Alternate Skipper for each alternate skipper that entered the previous competition in 2017, and the four new permits that were issued in 2016 -Scoring Assessment Matrix for both competitions in 2017 and the competition for the four new permits that were issued in 2016 -All information relating to the assessment and the decision procedure which was applied in order to select the winning Applicants: Each four stages. For both competitions 2017 and the competition for the four new permits that were issued in 2016 -All other communication between the OPW and any applicants for the competition, relating to the competition in 2017, and the competition for the four new permits issued in 2016 I would like to request all other relevant information and communications between the OPW and the candidates in relation to the above names two competitions, including all emails, letters and record of phone call.
