The FOI Request Pursuant to the Development Agreement and Licence Agreement, the Freedom of Information Act and the Access to Information on the Environment Regulations, we call on South Dublin County Council to furnish the application on behalf of Uisce Éireann for a Road Opening Licence which we understand was made pursuant to Section 41 of the WSA Act, 2007, as amended, within 7 days hereof.
