• Copies of the most recent audits of all DAFM Approved Poultry (Broiler) Slaughter Establishments and Pig Slaughter Establishments. • Copies of the most recent corrective action report (or Form No. AR1a) of all DAFM Approved Poultry (Broiler) Slaughter Establishments and Pig Slaughter Establishments – These forms are no longer in use in DAFM. • Copies of any Enforcement Letters/Investigative Reports in the calendar year 2021 in relation to any DAFM Approved Poultry (Broiler) Slaughter Establishments.
