I am submitting a foi/ aarhus convention request for all records relating to the contract with the columb barracks modular home/IPAS project including but not limited to 1. I require all Environmental Impact Assessments undertaken on the site, All efforts at public participation in the decision making process in situating these migrants at this site 2. I require all records relating to lobbying efforts on behalf of Limerick strategic development DAC and westmeath co council or councillors and any government bodies 3. I require A detailed breakdown of all financial transactions regarding to the procurement and development of this site 4. All health and safety assessments undertaken on the site and on the structures and machinery 5. A detailed breakdown of the tendering process whereby your company received the contract for this development 6. All indemnity insurance policies relating to the company/companies and their employees/subcontractors 7. The garda vetting certs and PSA licences of all security personnel that might be deployed on this site 8. I require copies of Any conflict of interest disclosures made in regards to this development and or the tender process involved 9. I require details of all subcontractors, and all suppliers of goods and services to this and other IPAS related projects connected to you or any company or shareholders involved in this project 10. I require details of any current or proposed similar developments connected toLimerick strategic development 2030 DAC 11. Any health and safety assessments for the site or the companies or subcontractors connected to the site 12. The waste management plan for the site 13. The sustainability studies, cost benefit analysis, etc regarding this IPAS centre 14. The plans to return the site to its previous condition after the plantation centre is removed 15. Any change to the planning and development status of the site and its development status before and after this project, and the implications on the valuation of the site 16. I require all revenue statements Limerick strategic development DAC and all companies and subsidiaries connected to them or the named companies in this action 17. Sustainability consideration in the tendering process 18. all government consideration documents relating to this site
