Under the FOI Act, could I kindly please have a copy of all (up-to-date) spine diagnostic imaging protocols for CT and MRI (any clinical indications or queries) for all private providers that you may have on your record at the HSE for quality control, radiation protection or other purposes? This may include, for example: anatomical area, clinical indications metastases, primary bone disease, multiple sclerosis etc.), scanner type/spec, imaging planes, slice thickness, contrast administration etc. And if possible, I would also appreciate if you could also provide same for all public hospitals.
