[2.] Violent or Anti-Social Incidents (January 1, 2024 – Present): A record of all driver-reported or formally documented incidents of violence, threats, or abuse involving passengers or staff on both Dublin Bus and Go-Ahead Ireland services. [3.] Most Problematic Routes (2024): A list or summary of the bus routes operated by each company that have generated the highest number of complaints and/or incidents in the time period requested.
