1. Any correspondence since January 2021 with Glaxo Smith Kline on the findings of the mother-and-baby homes Commission of Investigation; 2. Notes, minutes, summaries or conclusions drawn from any meetings on the commission's findings between the Department or the Minister for Children and any Glaxo Smith Kline representatives; 3. Any papers, reports, position papers or proposals submitted by Glaxo Smith Kline to the department or the Minister in relation to the commission's findings; 4. Any summaries, notes, appraisals or assessments prepared by the department for the Minister on Glaxo Smith Kline's stance in relation to the commission's findings.
