A copy of the application form submitted by Donegal County Council 2. Any reports, assessments, or supporting documents submitted as part of that application. 3. Correspondence (letters, emails, memos, or any other communication) between the department and Donegal County Council 4. Any minutes of meetings, internal memos, or notes created by the department in relation to the evaluation of the application.
