Re: Each individual Irish Coast Guard Volunteer Unit for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. All records concerning: 1.Call-outs and Coordinations for the above mentioned units for the above mentioned years (a) the record of the number of incidents coordinated by the ICG with respect to each Volunteer Unit, and if different (b) the record of the number of ‘call-outs’ engaged in by each such unit. 2. SitReps generated and transmitted for the above mentioned units for the above mentioned years (a) the record of the number of all SitReps generated for each such unit, and if different (b) the record of the number of such SitReps transmitted to the MCIB 3. Input into SitReps. (a) The records of the status of all persons responsible for inputting information leading to the generation of SitReps, and the COPs and SOPs used or required to be used for the input and transmission of such information. ● SitReps refer to SituaXon Reports, COP refers to Codes of PracXce, and SOPs refer to Standard Operating Procedures, or similar.
