South Dublin County Council

Under the FOI Act 2014 I am seeking access to records that demonstrate the number of section 41(b) Data Protection Act 2018 requests received by South Dublin County Council from An Garda Siochana, across all directorates from January 2023 - 30th April 2024. I am not seeking access to the content of such, but rather the figures for numbers of requests received, those that were granted and those that were not granted (for whatever reason - I do not need the reasoning at this stage). I note that the Council is legally obligated to maintain a record of all such requests, alongside the proportionality and necessity considerations for such.
