All records, including emails, briefing notes, internal communications, draft replies, and memos concerning the receipt, handling, and preparation of a response to the Topical Issue raised by Deputy Mattie McGrath on July 17th, 2025, regarding protected disclosures in the health sector, including allegations about end-of-life protocols, vaccine safety oversight, and regulatory failure. 2. All correspondence (including internal emails, ministerial communications, and correspondence with Deputy Kieran O’Donnell, Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, or their staff) relating to the preparation of the official response delivered by Deputy O’Donnell in the Dáil on that date. 3. Any records indicating when the Department or the Minister became aware of the protected disclosure referenced by Deputy McGrath, and any actions taken in response prior to or after the Topical Issue was raised. Please include all relevant records between June 1st, 2025 and August 19th, 2025.
