New wording: I wish to request copies of any instructions/information sent by the Department of Health to the HSE that accompanied (the salary scales or were sent separately) to the HSE in respect of the Report 42 pay increases contained from September 2024 to date of the current FOI. I do not require the information contained in the scales files, as I already have access.
