To refine my request in line with the Act, I would like to limit it to minutes of meetings of the NACD/NACDA (and any associated subcommittees) that record: 1. Decisions to commission research (including reference to budgets where available). 2. Decisions not to publish commissioned research, or discussions relating to reasons for non-publication.
