Under the "Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking ALL Records relating to the pre-establishment and establishment of the: - "ROAD TRAFFIC (National Car Test) REGULATIONS 2014" - "Statutory Instrument" No. 322 of 2014 and "ROAD TRAFFIC (National Car Test) REGULATIONS 2017 "Statutory Instrument" No. 415 of 2017. ALL Records of EC and EU Council and Commission Directives that they planned be incorporated into Irish Law in these "Statutory "Instruments". To be specific, all Records on the very important question of a new type of "IDENTIFICATION", in relation to Irish National Car Tests and Irish National Driving Licences.All Records and correspondence, physical and digital records, transcripts of all discussions, telephone conversations, particularly Data Sharing/Exchanges between the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport with any Government Departments, "Associated Bodies and Agencies" of the Departments, the State's Contractors and Agents, particularly with the "Road Safety Authority", the "National Car Test Service" and the "National Driving Licence Service" and, if relevant the NRA and NTA.ALL Records of the input and role and /or powers of the "Road Safety Authority" (RSA) in the introduction of the new and 'mandatory' "IDENTIFICATION"? What entities initiated and requested changes to the type of "IDENTIFICATION" to be produced in order to obtain National Car Test Certificates and also Driving Licences?Please Supply Certified and Signed Copies of all Records?
