If available, I would appreciate the information being provided on an annual basis and broken down by delivery type, including, where applicable: • Affordable Purchase Scheme • Cost Rental • Part V affordable housing delivery • Any other affordable housing delivery categories used by the local authority or the Department of Housing For each year (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026), I would appreciate if the following information could be provided where available: • Annual affordable housing delivery target • Breakdown of targets by scheme/type • Any revised or updated targets issued during the period I would prefer to receive the information electronically in Excel, PDF or Word format where possible. 2. In addition, I would also like to request the affordable housing need and demand figures for the local authority area for the period 2020-2026 inclusive, broken down by year, as identified in the local authority’s Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA).
