All correspondence, including internal memos, letters and meeting minutes concerning the making in Ireland of the film Barry Lyndon (also known in its early stages as The Luck of Barry Lyndon) in 1973/1974 with particular reference to any assistance provided by Dept of Defence and/or then Defence Minister Patrick Donegan in obtaining permissions etc for filming. Also same in relation to the departure of the film unit in February 1974 because of alleged death threats made against the film unit and/or the director Stanley Kubrick by the IRA or others. Please include any correspondence, documents, minutes etc about these death threats, as to their legitimacy and source. Also any information regarding release and use of Irish army soldiers for battle scenes in the movie (several hundred were involved from Kilkenny, Clonmel and Fermoy
