1. Marine Mammal Observer (MMO) Report(s) associated with Derogation Licence DER-CETACEAN-2024-105.( this Licence issued on 30/4/2024) and all communication between the consenting authority and licensee in relation to these MMO reports. 2. The Derogation Licence consenting near-shore borehole drilling near Shanganagh Cliffs and Killiney Bay carried out in or around Spring/Summer 2024 derogating in relation to possible harm to the otter, included for strict protection in Annex IV of the Habitats Directive. 3. The Derogation Licence and all documents/records relating to the application for the derogation, the processing of the application and the decision to grant a derogation to RWE (or their agent)to cover geophysical and ecological surveys licenced under Foreshore Licence FS007029. Together with the fore listed, records should include all communications between the consenting authority and RWE or their agents in written, electronic, verbal or any other format. 4. The Derogation Licence and all information relating to the licence issued to RWE (or their agent) - DER-CETACEAN-2022-156, and referenced in the Application for a derogation licence lodged 28/3/2024, including all communications between the applicant and the consenting authority and all/any communication between the consenting authority and RWE or the applicant in relation to this licence, to date. 5. Please supply all records regarding the Derogation Licence referenced in four. To include the Application and all other records and communications relating to this application, the processing of the application and the decision to grant. 6. The Marine Mammal Observer Report(s) submitted pursuant to the completion of the surveys carried out under DER-CETACEAN-2022-156.
