Request for any and all documents held: 1. relating to the decision by The Minister and /or The Department to terminate the pilot MTR Scheme and issue the Expression of Interest 2. by The Department relating to the Expression of Interest all documents received by The Department and /or The Minister in response to or otherwise in connection with the Expression of Interest 3. relating to any meetings or communications between any respondents to the Expression of Interest and The Minister and /or Department officials and /or officials from the Housing Agency 4. relating to any meetings or communications between the Housing Agency and Department officials and/or The Minister regarding HFL and/or the carrying out of repairs under the MTR Scheme and/or the termination of the pilot MTR Scheme and /or the Expression of Interest process 5. and all briefing notes or communications between Department officials and The Minister regarding HFL and/or the carrying out of repairs under the MTR Scheme and/or the termination of the pilot MTR Scheme and /or the Expression of Interest process 71534884v1 6. relating to any meetings or communications between a Property Management Company (or on its behalf) and Department officials and / or The Minister and /or the Housing Agency in relation to HFL and /or any aspect of the MTR Scheme and/ or termination of the pilot MTR Scheme and /or the Expression of Interest 7. relating to any meetings or communications between Principal of ODPM, (or on their behalf) and Department officials and /or The Minister and /or officials from the Housing Agency in relation to HFL and /or any aspect of the MTR Scheme and /or termination of the pilot MTR Scheme and / or the Expression of Interest. 8. relating to any meetings or communications between the Housing Agency and Department officials and /or The Minister relating to the suspension of the award of leases to HFL under the MTR Scheme from in or around October 2022
