Copies of records consisting of academic peer reviewed scientific/medical papers dealing with the subject matters of (1) gender dysphoria and, (2), autogynephilia obtained by the Minister and the department and which the department holds in electronic or paper form and which documents the Minister, her advisers and officials considered and took into account when developing the ministers and department's position and policy in relation to gender dysphoria and gender identity and in relationto the participation of biological males who self id as women in womens sporting events.
