Any and all records relating to the applicability of the TRIS process (the (EU) 2015/1535 procedure) to the Communications (Retention of Data) (Amendment) Act 2022 to include but not limited to any correspondence relating to or arising from communications between the Irish State and the European Commission on the topic of the bill. The temporal scope of this request is limited to records created in 2022.
