1. The annual number of cases of international child abduction, inbound and outbound to and from Ireland over the past 10 years reported to the Authority where the alleged abductor was a family member. 2. The detailed information on how many abductions took place to/from the countries signatory to the Hague Convention, 3. The detailed information on how many abductions took place to/from the countries not bound by the Hague Convention. 4. The breakdoen of the countries where the children were abducted to and from within the last 10 years. 5. How many cases per country, both inbound and outbound, finalised with the return orders and how many were unsuccessful within the last 10 years. 6. What were the main reasons given in the rulings in no-return orders. 7. Does the Central Authority review the unsuccessful cases and what percentage of the reviewed cases are followed up, if the Central Authority finds any procedural or any other errors. 8. Details on how many cases end up with the factual return of the children when the proceedings are successful in other Jurisdictions (broken per country). 9. Details on available mechanisms to help with the return of unlawfully abducted children and support provided to the alienated families throughout and past the process. 10. Details on any interdepartmental collaboration between the Central Authority and An Garda Siochana enhancing the chances of prompt return of the abducted children.
