Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of all correspondence between your department and Enterprise Ireland and/or DPER with regard to the setting of salary or terms and conditions for the new CEO of Enterprise Ireland. - a copy of any business cases associated with the setting of salary or terms and conditions for the post.
