1. The number of child protection incidents and concerns from 1 January 2015 to 13 October 2017 at reception/accommodation centres, including detail of the concern/alleged incident and the centre where it occurred/is alleged to have occurred. 2. All correspondence (letter, memo and email) between RIA’s head and/or principal officer and TUSLA, Department of Children, Department of Justice (Minister, Secretary General and Assistant Secretary for Asylum Services), Department of Education, Ombudsman for Children, Ombudsman for Children and HSE on any matter connected to child protection and alleged child abuse incidents and child safeguarding issues at ‘direct provision’ centres. The period of the correspondence would be 1 January 2015 to 13 October 2017
