Access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media dated between January 1, 2023 and the date of this request: A record of correspondence and associated documents to and from the offices of Minister Martin, and Minister Byrne, regarding the redevelopment of Casement Park, Belfast. This should include, but is not limited to, letters, emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, memos, notes, reports, draft reports and other submissions from the GAA and its affiliates, Football Association of Ireland, Uefa, organisers of the Irish/UK bid to host Uefa Euro 2028, and representatives of the UK/NI governments, and elected representatives/officials.
