Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation legislation in respect of each application for retention on grounds of hardship which was approved by DPER in the period January 2014 to date: (i) Department in which each successful applicant was serving (ii) Reason why each application was referred to DPER rather than being decided by applicant’s own department (iii) Anonymised details as to how, precisely, each successful applicant was deemed to have met the “hardship” threshold as set out in Circular 13/1975 (iv) An explanation as to the basis on which any successful application which may have been deemed not to have met the “hardship” threshold as set out in Circular 13/1975 was, nonetheless, approved by DPER.
