In her address to the Justice Committee this morning (06/12/17), Acting Secretary General Oonagh McPhilips referred to the following in relation to implementing the Toland Report: ** Earlier this year external experts were contracted to take a stock break of progress to date to assist going ahead ** A review of our structure has also been completed again with help from external expertise and this was recently approved by the external management board.
