I hope you are well, I have received the initial response to the sub set FOI request as per below Reference FOI Request 75.24. I consider the FOI to still be live and therefore I am now seeking a further subset as follows 'The subset is to seek all correspondence related to environmental and health and safety concerns with regard to the tanks and silos that were part of the Old Oil and Cake site on the Marsh road in Drogheda, from the 1st of January 2020 to the 1st of January 2023.
