I seek the following data not routinely available to the general public under the 2014 FOI Act. The relevant legislation for the below is Section 12 S.I. 243 of 2012. I request the number of; 1. Prosecutions 2. Enforcement orders 3. Fines issued By Galway County Council for each year for non-display of BER in property advertisements since the law requirement came into effect 9th January 2013.
