Any correspondence between the Department, the Irish Aviation Authority, and that between the Department of Transport and Fingal County Council, at principal officer level and above, as well as minutes from any meetings held involving the aforementioned stakeholders (i.e. representatives from the Department of Transport, the Irish Aviation Authority and/or Fingal County Council at principal officer level and above) in relation to noise restrictions and the monitoring of noise levels at Dublin Airport’s proposed second runway, Jan. 2016 to present date
