In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department of Transport, dated between October 1, 2022 and the date of this request: A record of all briefing documents, advisory notes and similar documents prepared for ministers regarding the use of artificial intelligence, ChatGPT and similar technology. A record of all briefing documents, advisory notes and similar documents prepared for department staff regarding the use of artificial intelligence, ChatGPT and similar technology. Where sensitive information that cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act is an issue, I am willing to receive redacted information. Where data is being released it is my preference to receive tabulated/Excel format data.
