- All external correspondence with non-government parties at assistant secretary level and above or to ministerial offices regarding the reintroduction of duty-free sales for journeys between Ireland and the UK after Brexit from the period 1 July 2018 to 8 March 2019 inclusive; - Any reports or briefing documents prepared by the department relating to the same from the period 1 January 2018 to 8 March 2019 inclusive. By correspondence with non-government parties, I am referring to material such as lobbying from businesses, interest groups or private individuals. This would exclude communications with other governments such as the UK or EU.
