In the period of 01/01/2023-27/11/2023  Any internal or external reports commissioned or received by Building Standards Advisory Unit in relation to persistent issues with building defects in new build homes in Ireland on an industry level, or related to specific property developers or construction companies.  Any reports or correspondence received in Building Standards Advisory Unit from external experts (such as property snagging specialists) and/or from members of the public in relation to widespread issues with building defects in new build homes in specific housing estates or housing developments in Ireland.
