I am requesting the explanation of the ‘technical problems’ that you have given as the grounds to the Office of the Commissioner for Environmental Information [OCE-144617- J3N7H2] for your stated failure to receive our 3 emails of October 7, October 31, and November 11, being an original AIE Request, a reminder, and an Internal Appeal when no response had been received. Copies of these emails from our Gmail account to your email address are attached. This information should be technically detailed, outlining the causes of the failure, and any other instances of the failure that the Department is aware of in 2022 – 2023; it should detail the manner in which the ‘technical problems’ have been rectified and the grounds on which you assured the Office of the Commissioner for Environmental Information that all future mails from us should be received.
