I wish to request copies of records relating to the following: 1. The Minister being advised by the Courts Service, or any other body, “that it would be an exhaustive, hugely time consuming and disproportionate exercise to examine the entire range of primary and secondary legislation in order to provide a complete list of all exceptions to the general position” ? 2. The Minister having asked the Courts Service if they know of every exception to “the general position?” 3. The Minister asking the Courts Service to provide a list of all of the exceptions to “the general position”? 4. Two, or more, other exceptions to “the general position”, in light of the Minister’s statement that there are other exceptions, plural, in addition to Order 122 of the Rules of the Superior Courts? 5. Any advice from any person or entity to the Minister that The Interpretation Act 2005 applies to domestic law only and not to EU law? 6. Any advice to the Minister that provides a legal basis for the claim made by the Minister to the EU, and to the Requester, that The Interpretation Act 2005 applies to domestic / national law only but not to laws derived from “acts of the Council or Commission”? 7. Postings and removals of information by the Minister to the eJustice Portal on the Procedural Time Limits Section from 2015 to 2022 including dates of such postings and removals of information?
