I wish to request copies of records relating to the following: 1. The Minister being advised by the Courts Service, or any other body, “that it would be an exhaustive, hugely time consuming and disproportionate exercise to examine the entire range of primary and secondary legislation in order to provide a complete list of all exceptions to the general position” ?
