Non-personal records that relate to the assessment of individuals presenting as homeless to the Council, and the related application of Section 2 of the Housing Act 1988 and the applicable sections of the scheme of allocation. We request in particular that you provide us with copies of any recorded information held by the Council in relation to the following: • A copy of any policy, guideline, circular, assessment criteria, form or procedure that relates to or is applied to individuals and families presenting to the Council as homeless; • A copy of any document that refers to the awarding of priority status on the basis of homelessness, including any policy, guideline, circular, assessment criteria or procedure that refers to any such assessment; • A copy of any policy, guideline, circular, assessment criteria, form or procedure that applies or is applied when families or vulnerable persons presenting as homeless to the Council.
