Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting the release of records concerning an investigation by the Data Protection Commission in relation to a CCTV case initiated in 2018. I am requesting the release of the original complaint regarding the case, any subsequent correspondence between the OPW and the complainant, any correspondence between the OPW and the Office of the DPC regarding the complaint, and any meeting logs or minutes of meetings, including those among OPW staff and with staff from the Office of the DPC, concerning the complaint.
